Application Instructions

Brooklake Christian School is a selective admissions school looking for students whose lives, achievements, and goals best exemplify the mission of BCS. If you wish to enroll your student(s), the procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Preschool – Elementary

• Completed Student Application form
• Completed Parental Agreement form
• Completed Medical History · Emergency Consent form
• Completed Driver's Liability Release form
• Completed Internet Usage form (K–6th only)
• $75 non-refundable application fee per student
• $25 non-refundable evaluation fee per student (K–6th only)
• Certificate of Immunization
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of current year's report card (1st–6th only)
• Copy of current achievement test results (1st–6th only)

Step 2: Evaluation

After submitting the required forms and fees, you will be contacted by the school office to arrange your student's evaluation. The evaluation will be given by a teacher of the appropriate grade level.

Step 3: Administrative Review

After the student evaluation, the BCS Administration Team shall review the application and evaluation.

Step 4: Notification

Upon acceptance, you will be contacted by our Administrator of Student Affairs to schedule a brief introductory meeting. Also, registration and technology fees are due upon acceptance.
