Brooklake Community Church (BCC) and its departments, including Brooklake Christian School (BCS) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of families who participate in the services offered. BCC and BCS maintain a strict information policy to safeguard family information and to prevent unauthorized use or distribution.

COLLECTION and USE: BCC and its departments, including BCS, will collect and use family identifiable information for billing, to inform you of services, or to provide requested information. Information may be collected during services provided or through our websites.

DISCLOSURE: BCC and BCS will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any family identifiable information derived from school registration or use of BCC services-including family names and addresses without the written consent of the family (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the family or others).

REFUND POLICY: There shall be no refund of any fees and tuition paid to Brooklake Christian School. In addition, all fees and tuition are stated in US funds and all payments shall be in US funds only.
